We are committed to providing quality academic support services to all TAMUCC students.  In general, students are encouraged to attempt to resolve any concerns or issues informally with CASA full-time staff by meeting with us at the Glasscock Student Success Center; however, students may elect to submit a formal concern/issue in writing by emailing us at

How do we handle your concern?

Everything you submit will be forwarded to the appropriate program administrator. The program administrator will be asked to respond within 7 workdays to work towards a resolution of the initial concern or issue.
